Grieving? Here’s Hope for your Holiday with Sarah Berger
Show Notes

Experiencing a loss of a loved one is inevitable in life - it’s just a part of being a human.
But even in the midst of great loss, we have a great hope that we can cling to and delight in, even in the darkest of valleys.
Today we are chatting with Sarah Berger. Sarah knows about loss as she has  experienced the unimaginable as a mom. In an explicable single-car accident, Sarah lost her 19-year-old son, Josiah. After, she found herself plunged into soul-searing grief - the kind that can ruin marriages and destroy faith. But that’s not her story.

In her new book, Hope in the Eleventh Hour: A Mother’s Journey through Grief with Eternal Eyes, Sarah shares her story of tragedy, grief and ultimately, finding God’s comfort through it all. With an unrelenting grip on the Lord’s hand, Sarah clung to the promise that God is close to the brokenhearted. For those many others who grieve losing loved ones to accidents, illnesses and even suicide, Sarah points them all to the God of all comfort.

We pray this episode encourages you during this holiday season to cling to Jesus and the hope He grants us even through the losses we face on this side of Heaven.
